Logan Heritage Building – Penang, Malaysia

139 years after its construction, the Logan Heritage Building is restored again.

The Logan Heritage Building  within George Town’s UNESCO World Heritage Site, was recently restored to its original glory. Owned by Singaporean OCBC Corp., the beautiful Victorian-style complex, serves today as a retail arcade, with several retail outlets, restaurants, and leisure-time amenities.

After the completion of refurbishment operations, leaking was discovered in several areas. The client tried several methods, including urethane and cementitious interventions, which failed to solve the problem and was looking for a long-term solution.

CWS100 was applied, effectively sealing all leaks and cracks on the surface, without the need for a protective screed

The beautiful arch and wonderful ceiling decorations make the Logan Heritage a local landmark.
