The project was about the side-extension of a double storey terrace house.

The contractor chose CWS100 as the application is super fast and very little labour is needed, especially during our Covid Lockdown where worker permits were hard to obtain.

CWS100 was the final choice as it only requires one “coating”, for lifetime waterproofing. It also required no screed for protection and – most importantly – sealed off the surface cracks on the older part of the roof. All in one go!

Total project time was less than 2 hours.
