Torre Z is a AAA (triple A) commercial building in São Paulo and among the best buildings in the regio,n due to its corporate image and technical specifications, in addition to having LEED Gold C&S and Platinum O&M Green Building certification.

However, even on the best buildings traditional waterproofing systems eventually fail. Within a few years from its completion, the carpark of Torre Z was already leaking.

CWS100 was applied, to re-waterproof leaking portions of the carpark of this magnificent building.

CWS100 needs no re-application in future and doubles the service life of projects. it is ideal for car parks, as it hardens concrete to Grade 9 of the Mohs scale and so it does not need a screed for protection. The project is accelerated and completed with much lower cost.
